You will need to know what type of arch you have and how thick of an insole you will need to replace with. The best rule to follow is to replace the same amount of volume you are taking out with the Remind Insoles you are putting in.

Yes, Remind Insoles work in any type of footwear as long there is a removable insole that can be replaced with. The best rule to follow is to replace the same amount of volume you are taking out with the Remind Insoles you are putting in.

It's not recommended. Ideally you'll remove the stock insoles before putting Remind Insoles in your footwear.

Remind Insoles have a pretty wide template and they can be trimmed in the forefoot area for proper fitting in different types of footwear. Our widest insoles are The Cush.

As everyone's feet are unique, there is no one-size-fits-all insole specifically designed for flat feet. At Remind Insoles, our proprietary insole shape adapts to the contours of your foot, providing remarkable comfort for your footwear. When choosing an insole, consider your activity and footwear type. The Destin is our most forgiving insole and has the least amount of arch support and the Medic is our most supportive insole with the most amount of support.

The Cush and The Medic offer the most arch support. The Medic is more rigid than the Cush, and the Cush is wider than the Medic.

Yes all remind insoles are bio mechanically engineered for all activities especially running. With our state of the art Impact technology you will never feel so good at the end of the day.

The Remedy is the only insoles that needs to be heated. The Destin, Cush and Medic doesn't require any heat molding prep.

Our return policy is good for 20 days and for orders within the US that were purchased through our website. Items denoted as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

All returns must be brand new with the original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange

If your packages is postmarked after 20 days from being "delivered", you will be no longer eligible for refund. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria: brand new, in their original condition and in its original packaging. This includes: free of hair, fuzz, stains and other markings.

Start your return process HERE or contact our customer support team if you're having any issues with our return portal. Free returns are available for products that are eligible.Returns can take up to 20 days to process. Once return is received we will notify you and complete the refund.

Depending on the amount of use Remind Insoles can last through a few pairs of skate shoes with super heavy use or up to several years. We recommend replacing after about a year.

Our warranty covers items purchased through our website for a period of 30 days.

With regular use, you can expect your Remind Insoles to last approximately a year. However, please note that constant impact and/or not wearing socks may shorten their lifespan. If you ever need to replace your Remind Insoles, simply order a new pair at your convenience.

If the product you wish to purchase is currently out of stock, check for our "Back in Stock Alert" option on the product page by selecting the desired size. This feature allows you to sign up to be notified as soon as we receive the product back in stock.

If the "Back in Stock Alert" is not available on your desired product, we most likely will not be receiving any more of that product in the near future as our collections are limited edition and seasonal.
