SHIPPING POLICY

Remind Insoles ships directly from our warehouse in Oceanside, California to the United States and Worldwide.

Free shipping on orders over $75 & $7 Flat Rate Shipping USPS Grounds advantage applies to Mainland US** Orders Only. Orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, USVI, Guam, Alaska and international do not qualify for free or Flat Rate $7 shipping.

Remind Insoles can take up to 2 business days to ship your package. Business days exclude weekends, official US Holidays & Remind Holidays. You will receive a shipment notification when your order ships from our warehouse.

RISK OF LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Your order will be shipped to the address you provided during checkout. Please ensure you choose a secure delivery location. Once the package has left our Remind warehouse and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, you assume responsibility for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but is damaged, lost, or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier for any such issues.

RETURNS


Our return policy is good for 30 days and for orders within the US that were purchased through our website. Items denoted as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria: brand new, in their original condition and in its original packaging. This includes: not trimmed or alterated, free of hair, fuzz, stains and other markings.

Returns will be subject to a $10 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. If you select store credit, the return shipping fee will be waived.

Returns can take up to 30 days to process. Once return is received we will notify you and complete the refund.  We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the Return Policy criteria.


INELIGIBLE FOR REFUND:

  • Orders using a final sale code. Please thoroughly read promos. 
  • Items that state they are final sale on their listing.
  • Orders from outside the US.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact us within the 3 days of your package being postmarked as delivered so that we can further assist you at info@remindinsoles.com

WARRANTIES

Our warranty covers items purchased through our online store for a period of 30 days.

If you're unhappy with any Remind Insoles, please reach out to us. We value your feedback and will do everything we can to make it right. Your comfort and happiness are our top priorities.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that while taxes may be calculated at checkout for international orders, we do not collect customs duties or taxes.  Each country's customs policies and fees vary, and additional charges may apply upon delivery. We do not collect these fees, as they are determined by the destination country's customs authorities. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further clarification on import duties before placing your order.


At the moment, we can't accept returns for international orders.
