SHIPPING POLICY

Every pair of Remind Insoles ships directly from our warehouse in Oceanside, California. We ship to the United States and worldwide.

US Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all orders over $75. Flat rate $7 shipping via USPS Ground Advantage on all other orders.

Free and flat rate shipping applies to the continental United States only. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and Guam are calculated at checkout. International orders do not qualify for free or flat rate shipping.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Business days exclude weekends, US holidays, and Remind holidays. You will receive a tracking notification as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

RISK OF LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We carefully pack every order at our Oceanside warehouse. Once your package is in the hands of the carrier and tracking shows it has shipped, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but your package is missing or arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier. Our team is happy to help point you in the right direction at info@remindinsoles.com.

RETURNS

We want you to love your Remind insoles. If something is not right, we will work with you to make it right.

Return Window

60 days from delivery for US orders purchased on remindinsoles.com.

Return Limit

To keep our return process fair for everyone, returns are limited to a maximum of 3 items per order. If you ordered multiple pairs and are unsure which is the right fit, please contact us at info@remindinsoles.com before starting a return. Our team is happy to help you find the right insole so you only need to order once.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, insoles must be in original, unused condition. This means no trimming, cutting, or alterations of any kind, free of hair, fuzz, stains, or any signs of wear, and in their original packaging.

We inspect every return when it arrives at our warehouse. Insoles that have been trimmed, worn, or altered do not meet our return criteria and will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of use or does not meet the above requirements.

Returns can take up to 30 days to process. Once return is received we will notify you and complete the refund.  We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the Return Policy criteria.

INELIGIBLE FOR REFUND:

  • Orders using a final sale code. Please thoroughly read promos. 
  • Items that state they are final sale on their listing.
  • Orders from outside the US.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact us within the 7 days of your package being postmarked as delivered so that we can further assist you at info@remindinsoles.com.  Include photos and your order number and we will take care of you right away.

WARRANTIES

Every pair of Remind Insoles purchased through our website is covered by a 60-day satisfaction warranty. If something is not working the way it should, reach out. Your comfort is our priority and we will make it right.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship worldwide. Please be aware that while taxes may be calculated at checkout for some countries, we do not collect customs duties or import fees. These are determined by your destination country and may be charged upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

At the moment, we can't accept returns for international orders.
