Quality insoles are worth it!
My feet and legs were getting tired playing pickleball and my game performance was dropping off after about an hour of play. I decided to switch out my insoles for the Medic Waffles and I am so glad I did! Now I feel like I can keep going even after 2 hours. Quality insoles are so worth it!

Excellent support
I have mid arches and these insoles offer excellent support in my snowboard boots and skate shoes. I previously spent a couple hundred bucks on custom orthotics and honestly these are just as good if not better. I bought a second pair for everyday wear.
Note* - these are pretty rigid - great for sports. But if you want something more comfy for daily wear you might want to go with a more cushy option.
