    I ordered these not really thinking about the thickness and although I probably won't go as thick as 6mm again because they make some of my shoes too shallow and tight fitting, they are perfect in the shoes with more room!

    10 hour workdays

    I’m on my feet for well more than 10 hours a day. These insoles have definitely made a huge impact at the end of the day when my feet are usually just totally kaned and They’re super tired and I don’t even wanna think about skateboarding or even getting on the bike. These have changed that for sure. I’m 46 I played soccer ran track cross country been skating for a very long time. Take care of your feet.
