We’re beyond hyped to introduce our new Remind Insoles x Girl Skateboards collaboration, a project rooted in pure respect for skate history, aimed at all the purists and skate nerds out there. 

This drop pulls direct inspiration from two of the most iconic skate videos ever made (in my humble opinion)—Mouse and Yeah Right!—and brings them to life through two pairs of Remind insoles. As fans of the brand ourselves, this isn’t just another drop. It’s really one of those full-circle moments.

Two Videos That Shaped Skateboarding

You know how they say, “If you know, you know”? Well, this is definitely an appropriate time to hit you with those five words. Mouse and Yeah Right! aren’t just great videos—they’re part of skateboarding’s foundation. Different eras, different energy, both completely unforgettable.

Mouse brought style, creativity, and that timeless Girl aesthetic into the spotlight during the raw and gritty mid-90s era. It’s the kind of video that still feels good to watch no matter how many times you’ve seen it. A true classic. 

And of course, years later, Yeah Right! came along and flipped everything on its head. Seriously. I had never seen anything like it and it truly changed the landscape of skate videos at the time. The effects, the skating, the skits, the vision—it pushed boundaries in a way that people still talk about today. 

These weren’t just random brand milestones, either—they really helped define what skate videos could be.

So when the opportunity came up to build something around them, we kept it simple, did it right, and didn’t overthink it.
